7:30 – 8:15 pmYoga for Adults by Bilva Osmer

Bilva Osmer has been teaching yoga professionally full time since 1988 with over 32,000 classes taught. He regularly conducts yoga teacher training programs (200 hr yoga alliance certified) with his school, Ayurvedaology, which combines yoga and Ayurveda (named and blessed by Sri Swamiji). Bilva has practitioner level certification with NAMA (Ayurveda) and IAYT (yoga therapy). www.ayurVedaology.com

A signup sheet has been posted at center to reserve your spot to perform main paduka puja. Reserve in advance for special occasions like family members birthdays, marriage anniversaries etc

Yoga for Kids by Amrit Sagar

Amrit Sagar is a disciple of  Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda (founder of Yoga in Daily Life®),  has been traveling around the world to teach yoga, meditation, science of chakras and kundalini, and yoga philosophy since 2007. She is a senior teacher of the System Yoga in Daily Life®, an authentic master system of yoga techniques, practices and methods to attain physical, mental, social, and spiritual health

Bala Datta Classes

In Bala Datta classes, children learn  prayers such as Ashrama prayers, bhajans, aditya hrudayam and vishnu sahasranama . They will also learn meaning and significance of Bhagavad Gita and  Ramayana.


11:00 – 11:30 am Datta Kriya Yoga by Archana
The purpose of Datta Kriya Yoga is to minimize bodily and mental afflictions and to improve single-pointed concentration. It is the science of meditation and the art of successful living. Datta Kriya Yoga involves Pranayamas (breathing control techniques to effectively enhance prana shakti or vital energy), Sahaaya Kriyas (supplementary subtle techniques), Nadi Shuddhi Vyayamas (gentle physical exercises, synchronized with breath) and Mudras (hand and finger gestures, which enhance and redistribute prana shakti)

11:30 am – 12:30 pm Mouna Meditation (Inner Silence) by Archana 
Antar mouna is a Sanskrit term that means “inner silence.” It refers to a yogic meditation technique that involves transforming and controlling thought processes through self-awareness and mindfulness. By internalizing the senses through this form of meditation, the yogi observes the inner and underlying structure of the mind and thought processes.
